Who you are
You are a motivated team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are keen to learn and progress, and are looking for the extra mile. You are sitting for a Banking, Economics or Finance Degree or have recently attained such a qualification.
Ideally, but not mandatory, you have already gained experience in Back Office Operations within a bank or recognized financial institution. You are fluent in English and preferably in Italian. Any other languages would be considered an asset. Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and literate in database navigation.
What will you do
Part of the back-office team, you will assist and support the COO in his daily tasks. You will receive, transmit and execute transactions in various financial instruments. You will check that the investment restrictions of the Investment Funds are respected on an ongoing basis. You will do data entry, reconciliations and maintenance of existing accounts. You will handle clients’ documentation in an accurate manner and provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience.
